Bookings and Payments

- All vehicle bookings are subject to availability, driver schedules, and final confirmation from our team.
- Detailed payment terms, including advance requirements or hourly/kilometer rates, will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
- Any toll charges, state tax, and parking fees are typically extra and will be billed based on actual costs unless specifically included in your package quote.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide a safe, timely, and comfortable travel experience. However, there are limits to our liabilities:
- Maitri Tours & Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, delays, or disruptions (such as traffic conditions, weather issues, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns) that may affect your travel timeline.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for items left behind in vehicles, although we will make every reasonable effort to recover and return lost property.
